The new complex ‘Pelagea’ is now being constructed in a small traditional Greek village St. Pelagea that is one of the most known places of Crete. The village is situated only 25 km from the capital of the island – Iraklion.

The village itself is located on the coast of the gulf with sandy beaches. In the village there is a plenty of supermarkets, taverns, cafe, bars, and also water facilities, medical cabinets, pharmacies, etc.

In Iraklion (the number of population in 2001 - 155 000) that it’s possible to reach by car for 20 minutes, you will find all advantages of the big city - the international airport, university hospital, university, trading port, magnificent shops, port, cinemas, etc.

The land plot, where the complex is being constructed, is located on the top of a hill in the center of the village, only 80 meters from the sea and offers a fantastic view on the sea and the mountains. There are going to be built 18 constructions (townhouses and villas) with autonomous garden and parking places. The areas of the houses vary from 46 up to 117 square meters. The areas of the plots - from 107 up to 431 square meters.
