In a picturesque place on the coast of Corinthian Gulf only 50 m from the sea is built “Erinios” complex.  The natural beauty of the environment, sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters create an ideal atmosphere for careless relaxation or even a permanent residence far from the city noise.

From here you can easily go to an excursion or sightseeing of Patra, Kalavrita and Ancient Olympia. Besides, there is a bridge named "Rio" that will take you to the Western Greece. While Patras port will help you to get to Ionian Islands and to the Central Europe.

The complex consists of 16 houses and is built in a plot of 3100 square meters.

Each house extends into 2 floors. The total surface of the houses ranges from 70 to 110 square meters. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining area, a comfortable living room and a WC. On the first floor there are the bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, as well as balconies overlooking the sea. Each house is equipped with an air-conditioning system, a cabling system for satellite, drainage and sewerage facilities.

Each house is completely autonomous since it has its own parking space and a garden of exclusive use, ranging from 50 to 150 square meters.

In the center of the complex there is an 85 square meters swimming pool complemented by a smaller one for children. Flagstone pathways and gardens with a complete lighting installation contribute to a pleasant living environment.

The complex is situated between the cities of Patras and Egio and is easily acceptable throughout the whole year. It is just 1 hour and 45 minutes away from Athens, 8 minutes away from Egio and 20 minutes away from Patras. All around is a well developed infrastructure that includes a supermarket, bakeries, butcher's shops and a number of other shops. Nearby are located some taverns and restaurants, as well as a place of leisure facilities (surfing, rock-climbing, fishing).
