This island is situated in the Saronic Gulf, 1,200-1,300 meters from the coast and 45 minutes by car from the center of Athens.

North-eastern side of the island is flat, and soil is suitable for cultivation. Now the olive groves (5,050 trees), pine trees and bushes grow here.

The northern part of the island is covered by the soil suitable for cultivation (1,100,000 sqm), and other part is a cliff of green marble.

There’re 2 small piers on the north-eastern and north-western sides of the island.

The coasts of the island consist of wide sandy beaches, washed by clearest water of the Aegean sea. The sea currents bring a lot of fish here. There’re no industrial or over-populated areas in the surroundings of the island. The complex of de-luxe villas is situated on the coast, 2 km away from the island.
