2. Viewing the property

3. Preliminary paperwork.
After you chose the house of your dreams, our company undertakes all the legal services regarding the transfer of ownership. Preliminary tasks fulfilled by our lawyer include the negotiations with the seller regarding the price and terms of payment, documentation proving the legitimate status of the property and deal, obtaining the Greek tax identification number necessary for the buyer, the draft and preliminary contracts and also obtaining the Greek government permissions if necessary.
4. The purchase of property.
After all the legal documentation is obtained you’re ready to sign the notified purchase and sale contract, and the house of your dreams will be leagally yours. Our lawyer will accompany you at this stage and notify the deal with his signature. After the contract is executed the lawyer will register it in the Land Register and handle your translated title to you.
